He has 20+ years of development experience. For years, Joe has been able to utilize this vast resource of agents to find underpriced off-market land parcels in excellent growth corridors.

Diego Leiva

Chief Investment and Asset Management Officer

Diego is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and Managing Director at KW Commercial in Coral Gables, FL. A successful bilingual/bicultural business professional with 50+ yrs of experience in international business, investments, finance, and commercial real estate. Founder & President of a public traded Communications Company listed in NASDAQ. Member of the Board of Directors of Florida, the Miami Association of Realtors, and the CCIM Miami Chapter. He is in charge of the Investor Relations, and all land assets sourcing, evaluation, acquisition, and sales, acquired and managed by the Fund.

Richard Gary

Chief Operating Officer

Richard has 25+ years of experience as a veteran of 7+ high tech software startups with multiple successful exits including 2 IPOs. In 2017, he transitioned to Commercial Real Estate investment sales and development by joining forces with Joe Williams. He leads the group’s operations focus overseeing asset management and entitlement efforts.

Harry Dublinsky

Chief Financial Officer

Harry is a licensed NY real estate professional with over 30 years of extensive financial experience practicing as a CPA with the “Big 4” and National Accounting firms as well as private real estate companies. He has a proven track record of working with Opportunity Funds, servicing a high-profile investor base, including institutions, high net worth individuals, family offices and private companies

Chief of Staff

Flor joined Keller Williams in 2015. Her diverse professional background within multiple industries such as hospitality, telecommunications, and commercial & residential real estate brings over 25+ yrs of experience in administration and operations. With high-end hospitality as her main focus, Flor understands the importance of executing and delivering a unique blend of personalized attention and unparalleled service to our Fund ensuring the efficient operation of the executive's office.

Marc Segelnick

Head Investor Relations

Marc Segelnick has over 30+ yrs of experience interacting and managing prestigious portfolio management, financial planning, and financial strategy from the individual level to large corporations and startups. He has overseen strong relationships with top money managers, family offices, investment bankers and private equity groups for years out of his NY office.

Tom Mote

Head Entitlement & Development

Tom brings 30+ yrs of construction and development work in public and private portfolios of land, office, senior housing and hotel development projects. Tom’s primary role with the Fund will be tactical, directing entitlements and organizing the development team’s efforts that add value to the Fund’s acquisitions. He previously spent 9 years with Gerald Hines Interests in Houston, TX. prior to moving to Austin.

Grant Williams

Head Research Analyst

Grant has worked for JW Development since 2018 doing site analysis and selection work on various projects throughout Texas, Florida, and North Carolina, evaluating all aspects of land feasibility for private joint ventures up to multiple billion-dollar REITs. He is currently refining his skills using the newest state-of-the-art AI demographic tools to shorten our feasibility turnaround.
